I recently placed an order with you for 25 white ribbons for the favors for my parents 40th Wedding Anniversary. I just wanted to say Thank You. They arrived today and they couldn't have been more wonderful. I can't thank you enough. I purchased small votive Yankee candles (the Wedding Day scent) and put the candles in a tall, clear, candle holder that had a long stem on them. I can't thank you enough for making this experience enjoyable and . FedEx delivered the ribbons today -- I am compelled to say that I am so very impressed with the following:
a. Customer service. The woman I contacted on the phone was professional and well spoken, she went over my order with me to make sure all of the details were correct.
b. Timeliness of delivery. I received my package in 3 days as promised. The order would not be processed without my confirmation of waiving the signature delivery, which I think is a wonderful precaution to protect both the customer and the business.
c. The quality of the ribbon. I expected thinner ribbon with less quality lettering. I am so impressed that each ribbon was already cut to the proper length without fraying.
Te people from whom I had bought my wedding ribbons before did not get the order correct the first time. They could not give me an estimated delivery date, and they took three weeks to process an order for 200 ribbons. I went through this twice with them. Although this is wedding season, I never expected such poor service.
